- Grate pumpkin and keep it aside. Add leftover rice, garlic paste & leftover ghee's mava. Then in a bowl mix wheat flour, besan, semolina, rice flour,black millet flour, juwar flour..
- Now add turmeric powder, asafoetida,cumin powder,salt, sugar, chilli powder, baking soda, oil & curd. Mix well all ingredients.Use water if needed.Prepare steamer. Add about an inch of water and let it come to a boil. Then apply some oil on steamer tray with holes in it and grease it well and keep it aside.apply some oil on palms and make cylindrical roll.
